The Steady Steppers (Log onto www.VegasWeekendJam.com and register today and save) will convene for their Las Vegas Weekend Jam 6, October 5 - 7, 2012 at The Tuscany Suites and Casino, located at 255 E. Flamingo, Road, Las Vegas, NV. Please call 1-877-887-2261 and mention the "steady steppers" to get your group rate. Room rates are $55.00 a night plus taxes from Sunday through Thursday, single and double occupancy and $85.00 a night plus taxes Friday and Saturday, single and double occupancy. The hotel is located 10 minutes from McCarran International Airport by taxi or shuttle bus.

This year the line dance room was filled to capacity. Line dancers from California, Denver, Oklahoma, Philadelphia and Las Vegas were in the house! We had our own room again with DJ Wash from Philadelphia and hosted by Aline Goodman from Philadelphia. There will also be dance workshops for all interested in Stepping, Ballroom and Line Dancing (with Saturday morning and afternoon workshops; and professional photography for memorable photographs to take home. Attendees, from 15 states, with 5 different dance genres are expected to participate in three days of dancing, dance workshops and fun. Host Dee-Jays are Ms. Cynsitivity (Compton, CA); AJ the DJ (Philadelphia, PA) and Mellow Mike (Las Vegas, NV) and DJ Wash (Philadelphia/Delaware) in the line dance room. One of the many advantages of this event is the opportunity it allows individuals to view different partnered dance art forms, different Line Dances and to actively dance with people from across the nation. Other benefits include the ability to learn other dance art forms; networking at the events; and the ability to establish friendships. During your free time, you'll love strolling through the lush courtyard gardens and along winding pathways that lead you to three sparkling pools and there is always the Las Vegas strip! If you are looking for something to do, Vegas next year is where you should go!
